Reflection: A huge part of my college career was being a four year student athlete for the Biola Women's Golf team. Reflecting back on my four years I had the amazing opportunity to create long lasting friendships with girls from all points of the university. We represented so many different fields of Biola, whether this was in our academics, our spiritual walk, or in our athletic life. I also had the amazing opportunity to play beautiful golf courses all over the west coast. Through this experience, I learned a lot about myself in who I was as a person, a student, and an athlete. Being a student athlete is such a unique and challenging experience both on and off the course. Only 7.1% of all women golfers who competed in high school go on to compete in the NCAA collegiate divisions. I am lucky enough to have had this experience and to have excelled in both athletics and academics. Overall, I love competing and challenging myself; that will always be a part of who I am. As graduated from college I can say that I am so thankful for all that my teammates brought into my life, and I can't wait to start on new golfing adventures.
